1. Andrew Steadman

Job From: Senior Product Director, Temenos

Job To: Chief Product Officer, Sopra Banking Software

Andrew Steadman

The next chapter of banking and finance is here, and SBS is leading the way for banks and other financial institutions with its technology”

Andrew Steadman has been appointed as Sopra Banking Software’s new Chief Product Officer. He joins after holding several senior product leadership positions at Temenos, Fiserv and Accenture. He also served as Senior Director Analyst at Gartner. 

Now, as CPO of Sopra Banking Platform, Steadman will lead the company’s software-as-a-service (SaaS) product strategy and manage business functions that contribute to product management and innovation. 

Over the years, Steadman has amassed extensive experience allowing him to achieve success in his new role, managing products at both Fiserv and Temenos as they transitioned to SaaS business models. During his 20 years at Fiserv, Steadman piloted the product management methodology that became the standard for software at the company.

2. Petri Nikkilä

Job From: Head of Global Retail Transformation, ING

Job To: Global CEO of Openbank, Santander

Petri Nikkilä

Banco Santander has appointed Petri Nikkilä as its new global CEO of Openbank and head of Digital Consumer Bank’s non-auto consumer business. Nikkilä will report to Daniel Barriuso, Head of Retail & Commercial Banking, and José Luis de Mora, Head of Digital Consumer Bank.

3. Nuno Sitima 

Job From: Board Member, Favrit

Job To: Chief Operating Officer, Paymentology

Nuno Sitima

Nuno Sitima is the new COO at Paymentology. As COO, he will be responsible for driving operational excellence and serving clients with the best technology. This means Sitima will be tasked with fostering further innovation to propel Paymentology forward.

4. Liz Oakes 

Job From: EVP Mastercard Send, Mastercard

Job To: Board of Directors Member/Non-Executive Director, Mangopay

Liz Oakes

Liz Oakes has been appointed Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board at Mangopay. Having most recently worked at Mastercard, where she held several executive roles, Oakes brings much experience with her.
