People Moves: David Samper, Group CFO, Clearbank

ClearBank, the enabler of real-time clearing and embedded banking, has announced the appointment of David Samper as Group Chief Financial Officer to spearhead the organisation's European expansion and next phase of international growth.

Samper brings exceptional credentials with 30 years of leadership experience across strategic finance, M&A, and business transformation in financial services.

He joins from Newcastle Building Society, where he served as Group Chief Financial Officer and led a transformative growth strategy that doubled the Society's assets whilst delivering the successful merger with Manchester Building Society.
