Niki Kouri-Maglaras, Chief Digital Officer of International Businesses at Prudential Financial
With over 25 years of experience in the global financial services and management consulting industry, Niki Kouri-Maglaras has been the Chief Digital Officer of International Businesses at Prudential Financial since 2018. In her role, Niki has reimagined the company’s customer, agent, and partner experiences. She has also created and executed growth strategies at the intersection of digital, marketing, and technology.
As Chief Digital Officer, Niki is responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of digital experiences, partnerships, and business models, receiving numerous awards for her work.
Before joining Prudential, Niki spent more than 20 years in financial services and management consulting leadership positions at Citi and Deloitte. Niki also holds a master's degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's and master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
