At FinTech LIVE Singapore, Piers will deliver an engaging fireside chat, titled ‘Order to Cash’.

What inspired you to get involved in FinTech LIVE Singapore?

At TreviPay, we are always keen to connect with other fintech leaders across APAC.

It is invaluable to spend time learning more about what is being talked about and networking with international audiences on the hot topics impacting our industry.

I’m looking forward to having discussions with other leaders that will help shape a successful 2025.

Provide an overview of what your fireside chat, ‘Order to Cash’, will focus on.

The fireside chat I’m participating in focuses on how to drive business growth, improve cash flow and deliver an exceptional buyer experience, all while reducing risk and increasing loyalty.

What emerging trends do you believe will shape the future of the fintech industry over the next decade?

One of the biggest trends we see is the digital transformation taking place in B2B. It’s not new, but it is accelerating.

The growth potential in B2B payments over the next decade is in the trillions. I see the importance of companies thinking global, acting locally continuing to increase in importance.

I also anticipate even more in the way of personalisation, as people expect their B2B interactions to closely mirror their B2C experiences.

I imagine much of this is underscored by the use of AI, which will be important for individuals and organisations to understand both the limitations and opportunities for growth.
