Formula 1: What will Nexo Bring to the Audi Revolut F1 Team?

The Audi Revolut F1 Team has announced a multiple-year strategic partnership with Nexo, the digital assets platform.
The partnership sees Nexo become the team’s inaugural official digital asset partner, placing Nexo’s next-generation digital tools on a global stage.
Nexo is a digital assets wealth platform designed to empower clients to grow, manage and preserve their crypto holdings, and has more than US$11bn of assets under management. It is focused on leading the next generation of wealth creation by focusing on tailored solutions that build enduring value, supported by 24/7 client care.
The platform offers high-yield flexible and fixed-term savings, crypto-backed loans, sophisticated trading tools, and liquidity solutions, including the first crypto debit/credit card.
The Audi Revolut F1 Team and Nexo say they share values of innovation and precision.
Nexo is to activate the partnership around the world using client experiences and digital-first engagement. There will also be co-creation around content from the two companies.
Long-term commitment to stay at the top
Audi Revolut enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time this year and has expressed a long-term commitment to compete at the pinnacle of motorsport with the objective of challenging for world championship titles by 2030.
Audi’s entry is timed to coincide with new Formula 1 regulations focused on increased electrification, as the electric share of the hybrid drive is raised to almost 50%, and the introduction of 100% sustainable fuels.
Stefano Battiston, Chief Commercial Officer at Audi Revolut F1 Team, says: “We are proud to welcome Nexo as our official digital asset partner at a moment of strong growth for both organisations.
“The partnership reflects a shared ambition to scale with discipline and innovation, and to create tangible value - from exclusive experiences to new ways of engaging our global fanbase and Nexo’s clients.”
Antoni Trenchev, Co-Founder at Nexo, adds: “Nexo was built for a demanding reality: instant, self-directed, and always on. Partnering with Audi Revolut F1 Team at the start of their new era is a statement about how we see the future.
“As the team’s official digital asset partner, we will bring meaningful utility and premium experiences to a global audience, grounded in the same discipline and precision that defines success in motorsports.”
Nexo set for immediate brand exposure
Audi will join the other 10 teams lining up on the grid this year at a private pre-season test in Barcelona from 26-30 January, before two separate tests take place in Bahrain during February. The first race for the partnership will be in Australia in March.
Jonathan Wheatley, Team Principal at the Audi Revolut F1 Team, comments: “The Audi Revolut F1 Team name is a symbol of the combined strength of our teams in Germany, UK and Switzerland, together with our partners.
“It provides a banner under which we all unite as we build towards 2026. This is a crucial milestone that energises the entire project and makes our long-term ambition tangible for everyone involved.”
In December, Nexo acquired Argentinian crypto firm Buenbit in a Latin America expansion. Nexo said earlier in 2025 that it would also return to the US.
Buenbit is registered through Argentina's securities regulator and also operates in Peru, boasting more than one million clients. Buenos Aires will become a regional hub for Nexo over the coming years.
