Avalon Ingram, Head of FCC Initiatives APAC & MEA at Swift
Avalon Ingram is the Head of the Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) Initiatives team at Swift.
She focuses on enhancing the adoption of Swift’s value-added shared services in areas like fraud prevention, AML and CTF. Avalon is also driven to protect the financial system’s integrity against evolving financial crime threats by crafting community engagements and consultations.
Avalon has 12 years of experience in FCC and began her career at Dow Jones.
Previously, she delivered a multi-source KYC platform for the banking sector and contributed to a RegTech startup that specialised in natural language processing and AI.
Avalon also served on the board of the RegTech sub-committee of the Singapore FinTech Association in 2020 and 2021.

Amit Parekh, VP, Head of Payments & Fintech for ASEAN at Fiserv
Amit Parekh is the VP, Head of Payments & Fintech for ASEAN at Fiserv.
He manages the business growth strategy of the organisation and supports financial institutions across the region.
Amit has more than 22 years of experience in payments, credit risk and fraud management, working alongside leading bureaus, fintechs, banks and payment processors across APAC, ANZ and US.
Amit spent over 14 years with FICO leading several portfolios, such as credit scoring and payment processing, before joining Fiserv.
Amit is a regular speaker on many topics, like payments, financial inclusion, alternate data and credit scoring.
He also has a Master of Science in Operations Research from the State University of New York, Buffalo.

Aniruddha implements and develops the product strategy and vision for digital banking and AML solutions across the APAC region, ensuring that this remains in line with business growth objectives and customer needs.
He also manages the prioritisation and roadmap of outcomes for significant digital programs, driving engagement with internal stakeholders and customers to produce greater innovation and value.
Aniruddha utilises his knowledge in AI, analytics, cloud applications and ML to commercialise and develop products that solve customer pain points and market gaps.

Ekta Singh, Head of Financial Crime Compliance APAC, Singapore at Rapyd
Ekta Singh brings her wealth of knowledge and awareness of compliance, business management, ethics and technological advancements in the fintech and regtech areas to her role as Head of Financial Crime Compliance, MLRO at Rapyd.
Throughout her career, Ekta has worked in the financial industry for more than a decade and has held several roles, including Supervisor, Sales Management, Financial Advisor, Risk & Compliance Head and Business Head.
She is a member of Regtech at Singapore Fintech Association, active working group member of ACCESS, Trainer at RHT academy and Ambassador for the Singapore Fintech festival & GBBC.
Ekta also volunteers as a mentor at iLead program and stories of Asia (SOA).
