Blitz: AI driving hyper-personalised customer experiences
Speaking to FinTech Magazine from Money20/20 Europe, Personetics’ VP of Strategy & Business Development, Dorel Blitz, discusses how customer engagement in banking has shifted amid the advance of digitalisation.
For Blitz, banking is moving from a passive involvement with customers to an active one, leveraging their own customers’ financial transactional data in order to drive greater experiences.
What’s more, utilising AI capabilities allows banks to leverage this data at scale and in real-time, something Blitz says provides more meaningful experiences to customers.
With this in mind, we ask Blitz if the proliferation of AI will herald an end to in-person banking experiences. But for Blitz, it doesn’t matter how banks engage with their customers, because “banks aren’t selling money, they’re selling trust.”
