Having spent over a decade in private practice firms such as Skadden Arps and DLA Piper, Alice Chen Co-founded IvestasX and IX Swap in 2015 and 2021 respectively. She is also the General Counsel of both companies.
Actively engaged in the startup communities in Singapore and beyond by regularly speaking, presenting and mentoring in the areas of fintech, blockchain and entrepreneurship.
Jessica Lam, Chief Strategy Officer at WeLab
An influential fintech professional, Jessica Lam is the Group Chief Strategy Officer of WeLab – a leading pan-Asian fintech platform with over 60 million individual users and 700 enterprise customers.
In her role, Jessica drives the group’s overall strategy which includes spearheading the rollout of the WeLab Bank and expanding its digital banking presence to Indonesia. Jessica also heads the group’s major functions including communications, corporate development and investor relations.
With over 15 years of experience in fintech and banking, Jessica worked for Goldman Sachs for 12 years before joining WeLab, working in Hong Kong, Singapore and London and specialising in investment banking and private wealth management.
