Passionate about lifting the security and resilience of banking and other financial institutions, Khurram Khan is a technology and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in securing regulated US and Global companies.
Through empathetic leadership, effective teamwork, and collaborative decision-making, Khan is known for bringing people together to make the most impactful decisions.
Based in North Carolina (US), Khan currently works for Boubyan Bank in Kuwait as Head of Non-Financial Risk (SVP). Over the years, he has developed teams from the ground up, working on many greenfield projects driving increased productivity, reducing operational vulnerabilities and risk, enhancing stability, and improving cost efficiency.
Before joining Boubyan Bank, Khan worked for The Clearing House, BB&T, AT&T, IBM, and UNDP.
