Google Cloud has officially recognised ElevenLabs as a 2026 Google Cloud Marketplace Partner of the Year for Applied AI.

The award highlights the firm’s technical excellence and its ability to deliver measurable success for high-growth enterprises within the fintech space.

Over the past year, ElevenLabs has expanded its presence by bringing ElevenAgents, Text to Speech and Dubbing to the Google Cloud Marketplace.

This move allows financial institutions and tech firms to deploy and manage advanced audio tools on global infrastructure.

The partnership has deepened through technical integration, with ElevenLabs incorporating Gemini into ElevenAgents for real-time engagement and Veo into ElevenCreative for multimedia production.

Driving efficiency in financial services

The recognition comes at a time when fintech giants are seeking ways to reduce operational overheads while maintaining high levels of customer service.

By utilising the combined ElevenLabs and Google Cloud stack, companies are seeing tangible results.

Klarna, for instance, has reported a 90% reduction in cost per resolution, while Better.com has seen lead-to-lock conversions for mortgage sales double.

This demonstrates how high-quality synthetic audio and automated agents can streamline the customer journey in high-stakes financial environments.

Kevin Ichhpurani, President, Global Partner Ecosystem and Channels at Google Cloud, notes: “The Google Cloud Partner Awards honour the strategic innovation and measurable value our partners bring to customers.

“We are proud to name ElevenLabs a 2026 Google Cloud Partner Award winner, celebrating their role in driving customer success over the last year."

Scaling global operations

For digital banks, the ability to operate across borders without massive increases in headcount is a primary objective.

Revolut has utilised these tools to deploy agents across 31 languages from a single configuration, showcasing the scalability of the ElevenLabs platform.

Beyond the banking sector, the technology is being used to handle vast amounts of data and content.

A leading gaming studio utilised ElevenLabs and Google Cloud’s Gemini 2.0 Flash to clone a character’s voice, generating over two days’ worth of audio every second.

In the media space, PocketFM reduced production costs by 90% using AI voiceovers, and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang used the technology to narrate a keynote in both English and Mandarin in under an hour.

Simplified procurement for enterprises

A key factor in the adoption of these tools is the ease of integration.

ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative and ElevenAPI are now available through the Google Cloud Marketplace and the Google Cloud Model Garden.

This allows firms to use existing cloud commit funds for procurement, keeping the technology within a trusted ecosystem.

“Google Cloud is the infrastructure foundation that makes everything we build possible,” says Ashish Uchil, BD & Partnerships at ElevenLabs.

“Having the full platform available through Marketplace and the Model Garden means customers can get to production faster, within an ecosystem they already trust.”

By providing a clear path to production, the collaboration ensures that businesses can implement AI-driven audio solutions without the friction typically associated with new software onboarding.
