Unzer Deploys Internal AI Platform to Boost Efficiency
Unzer has launched UnzerAI, an internal artificial intelligence platform that upgrades its previous UnzerGPT system.
The Berlin-based company deployed the tool exclusively for employees to access internal information whilst maintaining data security protocols.
The platform has achieved an 80% adoption rate among staff since its implementation.
Weekly engagement metrics show more than 300 employees actively using the system, generating approximately 1,200 conversations and exchanging nearly 10,000 messages through the interface.
UnzerAI integrates Unzer's internal knowledge base with existing databases and additional data sources to provide real-time responses to employee queries.
The system aims to reduce time spent on manual information searches, allowing staff to focus on business-critical tasks.

Specialised Agents Target Different Functions
The platform operates through two primary agent functionalities. The Unzer Agent handles internal processes and company guidelines, while the General Agent manages broader AI tasks including document preparation and drafting.
Unzer plans to introduce specialised agents for legal, sales, and operations departments. These additional modules will provide function-specific support tailored to departmental requirements and workflows.
The system connects multiple internal data sources to deliver comprehensive responses to employee requests. This integration eliminates the need for staff to search across separate systems when seeking company information.
Security Framework Addresses Compliance Requirements
UnzerAI operates within a secure framework designed to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
The platform adheres to internal data policies while providing transparent responses that reference verifiable internal documentation.
The system ensures that sensitive data remains protected during AI interactions. All responses include citations to internal documentation, allowing employees to verify information sources and maintain audit trails.
