Fulham FC Deploys Oracle Cloud POS Across Stadium Venues

Fulham Football Club has selected Oracle Cloud as its point of sale and payments provider across its stadium and entertainment venues.
The Premier League club will deploy Oracle Simphony Cloud POS and Payments Cloud Service at Craven Cottage stadium and its new riverside entertainment destination, Fulham Pier, ahead of the 2025-26 season.
The implementation forms part of Fulham's strategy to transform its properties into a year-round London entertainment destination. The technology will serve football supporters, restaurant diners, and visitors attending concerts and events at the venues.
The Oracle system will provide real-time data analytics to help the club understand visitor patterns and optimise operations. This includes inventory management, waste reduction, and the ability to implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand patterns.
"Fulham Football Club is leading the way in sports and entertainment, creating a world-class, year-round destination experience with Oracle's modern ordering and payments solutions," says Alex Alt, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Oracle Consumer Industries.
"By leveraging data insights across their venues, Fulham can continually adapt to the changing needs of their guests, delivering memorable outings that keep fans, local residents, and visitors coming back time and time again."
Technology deployment spans multiple venue types
The Oracle Restaurant solutions will be configured differently across venue types to meet operational requirements.
Stadium concessions will use systems designed for high-volume, quick-service transactions, while restaurants at Fulham Pier will deploy handheld devices for table service.
Fulham FC will implement Oracle Workstation 8 and Kitchen Display Systems to manage order fulfilment across all sales channels. The integrated analytics capabilities will track dining patterns, popular menu items, and inventory trends to inform operational decisions.
The system enables contactless payments and is designed to reduce queue times during peak periods such as match days.
Real-time promotional capabilities allow venue operators to adjust pricing and offers based on current demand and inventory levels.
Data insights drive operational efficiency
Simphony's analytics platform will provide Fulham with detailed insights into customer behaviour across its venues. This includes tracking spending patterns, peak service times, and menu performance to inform staffing and inventory decisions.
The technology enables the club to implement dynamic pricing strategies and targeted promotions based on real-time data. This includes the ability to promote items approaching expiration dates or adjust pricing during low-demand periods.
Integration across all venue types will provide a unified view of operations, enabling the club to optimise resource allocation and staffing levels based on predicted demand patterns.
Implementation supports broader entertainment strategy
The Oracle deployment supports Fulham's development of Fulham Pier as a year-round entertainment destination. The riverside complex includes restaurants, bars, and event spaces that operate independently of the football calendar.
The technology infrastructure will support the venue's diverse operational requirements, from match day catering to corporate events and live entertainment. Payment processing capabilities will handle transactions across multiple currencies and payment methods.
The system's scalability allows Fulham to expand its operations or modify configurations as the entertainment complex develops. This includes the ability to add new venues or modify existing ones without requiring system replacements.
Oracle will showcase the Fulham implementation at its Restaurant Summit, scheduled for October 6-8, 2025, at Fulham Pier. The event will demonstrate the technology's capabilities across different hospitality environments.
"The implementation of Oracle's cloud technology is the next step in transforming our properties into a premier London lifestyle destination," says Darren Preston, Chief Operating Officer at Fulham Football Club.
"From unparalleled match day experienceβββββββs, to laid-back, stylish places to gather, we are excited to provide our fans and guests with a seamless, modern ordering and payments experience that reduces queues and enables visitors to spend more time immersing themselves in the exciting atmosphere and activities throughout our venue."
