Leading Genpact’s Financial Services business in the DACH region, Ayca Tunc has more than 15 years of experience at the intersection of financial services, technology and operations. In her role, Ayca advises financial services institutions and auto banks as part of major transformation initiatives, cutting through complexities and bringing an AI-first approach to problem statements.
Samina Hussain-Letch, Executive Director at Square UK
In her role as Executive Director at Square UK, Samina Hussain-Letch is responsible for the commercial operations at the company as well as managing key industry relationships.
Samina is a Director of the Square UK Ltd board Samina is a Director of the Square UK Ltd board with oversight and coverage of the UK business. Before joining Square UK, Samina worked at Visa for eight years serving as Head of Loyalty Solutions and various other leadership roles. Samina is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and founded the Women in Leadership Too program, while at Visa.
Jakob Pethick, Chief Commercial Officer at YouLend
Having joined YouLend in 2019, Jakob Pethick took on the role of Chief Commerical Officer in 2020. In his role, Jakob is responsible for YouLend’s growth, profitability, product development, and operations.
A graduate of the University of Oxford with a BA and MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, Jakob has previously worked for the Funding Circle UK and Oliver Wyman.
Henrique Di Lorenzo, Vice President of Products at Mollie
Responsible for Mollie’s Financial Services, Henrique Di Lorenzo is Vice President of Products. In his role, Henrique works with his team to develop a new generation of financial products designed to empower digital-first businesses to fuel growth.
Henrique is experienced in emerging and established markets including Europe, LATAM, the USA, and the Middle East. Before joining Mollie, Henrique led the expansion and performance of the Klarna Card.
