Mahajan has spent almost two decades working in the financial services and aviation sectors, during which time he has been committed to transformational change.
His focus on product management and digital technologies has allowed him to contribute to innovation and growth across diverse global landscapes.
At Prudential Financial, Mahajan strategically leads digital transformation initiatives for PII, focused on revolutionising customer experiences to elevate Prudential's brand recognition, revenue streams and customer loyalty.
This sees him orchestrate comprehensive digital ecosystems for seamless interactions, fostering customer engagement and creating opportunities for growth.
Prior to joining Prudential Financial, Mahajan spent nine years working at Emirates as a Senior Product Manager.
With the aviation giant he contributed to various customer-facing digital initiatives, driving innovation across e-commerce, loyalty, branding and CX.
