Linoy Kidd, CIO of Markets & Securities Services MENAT at HSBC
Dedicating 18 years to HSBC, Linoy Kidd has climbed the ranks from Global Head to CIO of Markets & Securities Services MENAT. Known for leading on the front line, Kidd has worked in five countries (UK, Hong Kong, China, Mexico and UAE) and is well-versed in growing teams in different locations.
Outside of her role as CIO, Kidd helps to build schools in Africa, Haiti, and Nicaragua - she has built eight so far. Kidd has also helped to build a house for the homeless in Mexico.
Her skills include foreign exchange operations, banking, business analysis, market risk, project management, and electronic trading to name a few.
Taking to the virtual stage at FinTech LIVE Dubai, Kidd with be deep-diving into how organisations in the industry can build high-performing teams.
