With more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, OneFamily’s Chief Transformation Officer, Steve Ferrari, leads on the organisation’s large-scale operational and IT change programmes. Since joining OneFamily in 2013, Steve has delivered significant customer experience improvements, internal efficiency savings and enhanced income generation. Focusing on how technology can be effectively used to improve user experience, Steve leads on the implementation of AI and gen AI within the organisation. Over the course of his career, Steve has worked internationally, across the UK, Europe and Asia.
