Sielen Namdar

Sielen Namdar is an Industry Executive with more than two decades of experience leading high impact Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy for digital transformation of industries. She is currently Cisco’s Global Head of Sustainability for Industries, driving optimised and cross-functional GTM strategy to support customers in 11 industries in their net zero journey, leveraging Cisco and partner technologies. Key industries include utilities, manufacturing, transportation, education, retail, healthcare, financial services and government, among others. Before this role, when she first joined Cisco, she was brought on board to build and lead Cisco’s very first digital water practice from the ground up.

Prior to joining Cisco, Sielen spent two decades at Jacobs where she led Global Strategic Sales. She also co-founded Jacobs’ Smart Cities Initiative and oversaw GTM strategy and key technology partnerships for driving innovative digital solutions. She serves as an Independent Board Director for Parametrix, a leading engineering, environmental and planning company dedicated to creating vibrant and sustainable communities of the future. She is also a board member for Seattle Leadership Tomorrow, a civic leadership organisation focused on fostering healthy and resilient communities. Sielen serves as a mentor and coach for the OnBoarding Women program offered by Deloitte, Madrona Venture Group and Perkins Coie, dedicated to increasing the percentage of women on corporate boards.
