With over thirty years of experience in transaction processing as well as owning her own consulting business for twelve years, Lori is now Head of Channel Development & Strategic Partnerships at B4B Payments. Lori is regarded as a leading expert in the transaction processing, prepaid and business payments sectors. In July 2020, Loriwas awarded the prestigious Terry Maher Prepaid Influencer Award for her dedication and passion in driving the prepaid industry forward.
Key achievements:
Founded the Financial Crimes Task Force with the NBPCA (now the IPA) in 2011 which impacted how the prepaid industry works with law enforcement, specifically the FBI and FFIEC. This included creating the AML Guidelines which are still in use today. Founded Payments as a Lifeline in 2021 (while at FIS) to bring awareness to the financial services industry about critical care payments to bring positive change to recovery, rebuild and restore the lives affected by ensuring payments are secured and fraud reduced. Co-chaired US Payments Forum communication and education committee for 6 years. During this time, we communicated the importance of EMV to the United States and educated hundreds of industry participants on what it meant, how it worked and important migration timelines.
