I have successfully repeatedly changed complex, disenfranchised, failing procurement functions into a community of people that listen to and bring real insight to an organisation. My career spans a variety of roles with significant global experience and responsibilities, setting the vision, driving the strategy and transformation; turning underperforming teams to work as value-adding business partners in matrix organisations.

I have a track record of successfully leading multi-divisional global teams. MBA educated at Oxford Saïd Business School and Cranfield University.
