FinTech LIVE London Global Summit welcomes two more executives to join their speaker line- up
Business leaders from Lynx Tech and Acrisure will be sharing their expertise at FinTech: LIVE London Global Summit next month

On 22 and 23 October, FinTech LIVE shall be hosting a two- day hybrid conference at 155 Bishopsgate.

The event, which is expected to receive over 4,000 in-person and virtual participants, will allow attendees to network with internationally acclaimed business leaders, enhance their expertise and discover how they can catalyse innovative financial solutions.

As well as a diverse programme complete with executive workshops, interactive panel discussions and an abundance of internationally acclaimed speakers, FinTech: LIVE London Global Summit will also mark the launch of the inaugural Global FinTech awards. These awards will catalyse change and commemorate those individuals, start- ups and companies who showcase their technological advancements, creativity and exceptional leadership daily.

Dan Dica, CEO of Lynx Tech

Dan Dica, CEO of Lynx Tech

Dan Dica is the current CEO of Lynx Tech. 

Throughout his career, Dan’s passion for AI, technology, Fraud & Financial Crime and Cybersecurity has been highlighted through his focus on leading and building successful companies.

He is a member on several boards and has experience as an active business advisor across the globe. Dan is also a graduate of Harvard Business School and the post-grad Executive Leadership Program.

Dan led the global revenue growth strategy at OneSpan Inc before joining Lynx. He enhanced his organisational development and strategic leadership skills across 15 years of working for the company, whilst also creating material value for the company and strong teams across the globe.

Throughout his work, Dan ensures his key values of precision and perseverance are sustained, to consistently deliver excellent customer service.


Tamara M. Milne, Chief Digital Officer of Acrisure

Tamara M. Milne, Chief Digital Officer of Acrisure

Throughout her career, Tamara has worked for Brown Brothers Harriman, Oxford Bioscience Partners and State Street, holding a number of leadership positions in these companies.

She was also previously the Executive Vice President and Head of the Restructuring Office for Consumer and Business Banking for Santander North America. Throughout this role, Tamara engaged with Santander’s IT Transformation, Finance and Human Resources and Business Development departments. As well as this, she managed the streamlining and simplification of processes and technical solutions, whilst also running corporate restructuring, operational redesign and digital transformation activities across Santander’s branch network. 

In Tamara’s current role as Chief Digital Officer at Acrisure, she ensures the execution and development of the digital marketplace, optimisation of the range of digital products and digital organic growth of the company remains at the forefront of her work, whilst managing the development of the digital strategy. 

As well as this, Tamara has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire, an M.B.A from Columbia University, an M.S. from Boston University in Finance, as well as a M.S. from MIT in Systems Design & Management.
