With more than 20 years of experience in fintech, leading companies to achieve profitability and scale Jane Prokop has a unique breadth of experience in international private equity investor, finance, media, and technology. 

As Executive Vice President and Global Head of Small and Medium Enterprises at Mastercard, Jane is responsible for driving innovation, strategy and product development to build on Mastercard’s strengths in card products as well as extensive data, cyber, software and network assets. Her team designs high-value, easy-to-use products that meet SMEs’ key needs across a range of financial and operational areas. 

Jane is also a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts and Harvard University with a PhD in Government.
