Tamara Milne is the Chief Digital Officer at Acrisure.
In her role, Tamara is responsible for the digital strategy and transformation across the organisation, specifically focused on the development and execution of the digital marketplace, digitally enabled organic growth and the optimisation of the suite of digital products.
Before joining Acrisure, she served as an Executive Vice President and Head of the Restructuring Office for Consumer and Business Banking at Santander NA.
As such, Tamara oversaw Santander's activities related to corporate restructuring, operational redesign and digital transformation across the branch network, inclusive of the simplification and streamlining of processes and technical solutions.
Tamara has held various leadership positions within Santander’s Business Development, IT Transformation, Finance and Human Resources departments.
Nelson Wootton, CEO and Co-Founder at SaaScada
Nelson Wootton is the CEO and Co-Founder of SaaScada.
Nelson has held many senior technology and business roles over the last 20 years, including several CTO and CIO roles delivering global projects.
Nelson is a cloud evangelist, having worked on and in cloud (and nothing but cloud) since 2006.
His extensive experience and huge passion for technology and its ability to transform business processes, coupled with a track record of delivery, have enabled transformational changes in numerous businesses over the years.
He has led, scaled and exited two technology businesses.
As a huge technology enthusiast, Nelson still gets excited by the possibilities!

Jonathan Kier, Head of Payments Execution at Natwest Group

Jonathan Keir leads the delivery of major change across the Natwest Group’s payments landscape.
His focus is on payments technology for domestic and International markets, ensuring that complex change is delivered reliably, at scale and in line with shifting customer and regulatory expectations.
With a background in delivery and transformation, Jonathan is used to working across teams to tackle legacy challenges, modernise infrastructure and implement practical, scalable solutions.
He’s particularly focused on the operational realities of moving toward an instant and 24/7 and instant payments world — and what that means for architecture, resilience and service.
During the event, Jonathan will take part in the Payment Technology Forum. He will explore the rise of instant payments, digital wallets and blockchain, as well as the implications for businesses, consumers and financial ecosystems.
Jason Sheehy, Head of Identity at Post Office
Jason leads the charge in creating secure and inclusive in-person and online experiences for Post Office's Identity Services public and private sector clients.
With over 10 years of driving digital transformation, he brings a wealth of experience in innovative delivery, business development and product creation across complex initiatives.
Before joining the Post Office, he honed his skills leading diverse teams in demanding environments within financial services, telecommunications and government projects.
Now at the helm of Identity Services, he's passionate about building a future where digital technologies empower everyone while remaining accessible and equitable for all customers.
For the Post Office, identity is a critical element of an overall business strategy for ensuring the Post Office matters as much to customers tomorrow as it does today.
During the panel, Jason will take part in the Fraud & ID Verification panel. He will explore the latest tools and technologies combating fraud and enhancing identity verification.
